About Polyurethanes Product Review Application Review Elimination of CFC's : status Safe Handling Procedures Applied Polymers Applied Polymers develops, manufactures and supplies formulated Polyurethane systems to meet the present and future market requirements. All our products are tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer’s application and manufacturing process. At our Cheltenham laboratory we use proprietary processing equipment to fine-tune the PU system characteristics. We can make prototypes and pre-production samples with our customer’s moulds. We have extensive testing facilities to measure the physical and mechanical properties of PU products against specification. Our manufacturing facilities are quality-assured to ISO 9001, and vary batch sizes to suit our customer’s requirements. We provide on-time delivery with a minimal lead time, in packaging to suit to our customer’s needs, from 20 litre drums to 1000 litre returnable intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s). We provide customer training on products and process techniques both on and off the job. We place emphasis on the safe handling of our products, particularly with regard to the handling of isocyanates. We back this up with in-plant monitoring on a regular basis. From the initial “good idea” through to full commercialisation, Applied Polymer’s experienced technical personnel respond to the performance and processing challenges with custom formulations, in-plant trials and full laboratory testing.
